Melissa Çevikel

Head of Turkish Court

Melissa Çevikel is a Turkish-Russian 1st Year English track student at Sciences Po Paris Menton campus who will be serving as the Head of the Turkish Court. Having lived in Turkey for most of her life she got to witness core events for Turkish activism such as the Gezi Park protests and the abolition of the Istanbul Convention which sparked her interest towards political science and Middle Eastern politics. Having attended 25+ MUN conferences as early as 2018 and being the PGA for TEDIMUN twice, Melissa is a very enthusiastic MUNer alongside a passionate political science student. She’s very excited to meet you all on campus!
