Secretary General

Éléonore Blanchet is a second-year student enrolled in a dual degree program between Sciences Po and University College London. She is majoring in Politics and Government with a minor in International Trade and Finance. Additionally, as part of her academic pursuits, she is remotely completing a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy at the University of Nanterre. 

Raised on both sides of the English Channel, Éléonore observed early on how abstract theories and policies are rooted in everyday life. Aspiring to pursue a career in policy making and analysis, she draws inspiration from her time in London, where the culture of initiative and active participation fueled her desire to engage with her community and make a tangible impact.

Éléonore joined MEDMUN in 2023 as Head of the English court, before being appointed Masters of Ceremonies for the 12th edition of the conference. In October 2023, she was elected president of the Diplo’PACA committee, the regional branch of the French Federation for Diplomacy and the United Nations (FDNU). 

As Secretary General of MEDMUN’s 13th edition, she is dedicated to enhancing MEDMUN’s regional outreach, by fostering robust partnerships, and elevating the delegate experience. 

In her free time, Eléonore enjoys playing the piano, spending time with loved ones or making the most of the Côte d’Azur. 

Together with Jana, she is beyond excited to kick off this new chapter, which will be marked by the 20 years of the Menton campus !
